Can I start for free?
Yes. The Starter plan is completely free with no time limit. You can create up to 3 events per month and LISTME takes 10% per ticket sold. Upgrade when you need more.
How does the 10% platform fee work?
LISTME takes 10% of each ticket sale. This covers payment processing, the platform, and the bouncer app. On Enterprise plans the rate is negotiable for high-volume organisers doing 10k+ tickets per month.
Why can't Starter plans run age-restricted events?
ID verification costs money to process. It's included on Pro (500/month) and unlimited on Enterprise. Starter is designed for smaller events that don't need age checks.
How fast do I get paid?
Starter: weekly (7-day hold). Pro: next business day. Enterprise: same day. All payouts go directly to your connected Stripe account.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts. Cancel from your account settings and you keep access until the end of your billing period.
Do customers pay to use ListMe?
No. Fans browse, book, and manage tickets for free. Only event organisers pay for Pro or Enterprise plans.
