    Can I start for free?
    Yes. The Free plan has no time limit. Create up to 3 events per month with 10% per ticket. Upgrade when you need more.
    How does the 30-day free trial work?
    When you upgrade to Pro or Business, you get 30 days free. Your card is authorised but not charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before then and you pay nothing.
    What happens after the trial?
    Your card is charged on day 31. If you chose annual billing, the full year is charged. If monthly, the first month is charged. No hidden fees.
    How does the platform fee work?
    LISTME takes a percentage of each ticket sale. It decreases as you upgrade: 10% on Free, 7% on Pro, 4% on Business, 2% on Enterprise. This covers the platform, payment processing, and the bouncer app.
    What is the booking fee?
    Customers pay a small booking fee on top of the ticket price, like on DICE or Eventbrite. It decreases per tier: £2.50 on Free, £2.00 on Pro, £1.50 on Business, and negotiated on Enterprise. You can also choose to absorb this cost yourself.
    How fast do I get paid?
    Free: weekly (7-day hold). Pro: next business day. Business and Enterprise: same day. All payouts go directly to your connected Stripe account.
    Can I cancel anytime?
    Yes. No contracts. Cancel from your account settings and you keep access until the end of your billing period.
    Do customers pay to use LISTME?
    No. Fans browse, book, and manage tickets for free. Only event organisers pay for paid plans.
    What if I switch between monthly and annual billing?
    You can switch at any time from your account settings. When switching from monthly to annual, you get the 20% discount immediately. When switching back, the change takes effect at your next billing date.
